Terms and Conditions for our shipments

The EMODSCALE team ships daily to mainland Spain, ensuring the delivery of all our products.

Price: Finding the shipping cost for your orders is easy: register as a customer, add the products to your shopping cart, and continue to the shipping screen, where you'll see the shipping costs (these amounts are calculated based on weight and destination).

Time: Once the order has been placed, the EMODSCALE team normally ships the order to its destination within 24 hours, unless the specific product has a different availability (indicated on the product sheet). International delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours.

Packaging: We package products according to shipping regulations to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the package, you must report it immediately, no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment, so that we can resolve the issue.
